Our boat was captained by Brian and his deck hand/entertainment of the night was Ben; both very professional and got us out and back in safely. Ben was fantastic on the acoustic guitar, excellent voice and sense of humor. It was a small group when we went but he still worked the crowd. The boat was clean and I appreciated that they had binoculars available in each bench seat so you could take advantage of seeing the sights. Ben also does some of the scenic tours so he threw in a few nuggets of info about the area in between songs but overall the focus was on the music and enjoying the views. Sunset was perfect! Would highly recommend.

It was a 1.5 hour interesting and enlightening guided tour highlighting elegant, historic, and hidden Cottage Row in the town of Gibraltar, the Strawberry Islands, and the Eagle Bluff Lighthouse. The all-in cost for us 2 seniors was $91.79. We boarded their boat named Quo Vadis and it has a capacity of 58 we were told. Betsy was our engaging and informative tour guide and she was a great local narrator and guide having been raised on nearby Chambers Island. From a nature and wildlife standpoint, we saw double-crested cormorants, white pelicans, a bald eagle, and a big eagle's nest along the way. Betsy added a lot of local color and flavor and trivia to the talk and it was just what I enjoyed hearing to gain more insight into this charming area. Big thumbs up and we would take another of their tours if we were up here at the right time and conditions again.

The guides stayed in our shanty til we felt comfortable with the fishing technique and understanding the sonar fish finder machine that shows fish activity. Off and on throughout the day the guides would check in and see if we needed anything and would even throw a hook in to try and catch a fish for us. The fish shanties were spacious and warm. They were spray foam insulated so for most of the day, even during the winter storm blowing through, we kept our heater on low or off because of how well they held heat. Also there were six porta-potty's close to the shanties, very convenient. They provide lunch for $15 where they'll cook a couple of the fish you've caught along with a side of fries. Was really looking forward to this because how cool is it to pull a fish out of the water then have it filleted and fried minutes later but unfortunately we had a winter storm coming through and had to forgo the shore lunch that day. It's ok money was refunded and just gives me an excuse to book a second trip! All in all it was a great day even with the winter storm messing us up we made a lot of great memories and caught a good number of whitefish! Thanks Captain Lonney and crew!

Cave Point is one of those places you just have to see when you're in Door County. The views are incredible, the waves crashing into the limestone cliffs are mesmerizing, and there are plenty of spots to stop and take it all in. Whether you're hiking, kayaking, taking photos, or just enjoying the scenery, there's always something going on. We got a little bit of everything in one visit, and it made for a memorable stop. Definitely a must-see Door County destination.

This is a great park for just hopping out to get an amazing view if you're not up for hiking. We did a loop from Whitefish Dunes state park that included circling through this park as well; it was a great half day hike. The views of the caves and crashing waves from above are amazing. This is definitely a park that might be challenging for anyone with small children who struggle to follow safety rules as there are very steep drops and it's important to stay a safe distance from the edge. The new connection between this and Whitefish dunes is really nice and features a few blowholes which spout water from below when the waves are particularly high.
