Very upset, i wasted my time and I waited 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment. Also, I was quoted $50 over the phone for a haircut and straight razor shave then when I was sat in the chair the barber said it would be $70 (which is more than quoted) I clarified over the phone before I agreed to come in because I only get straight razor beard trims. One worker was browsing through Netflix while waiting for his next appointment, while he could be cutting some hair. I don't have a usual, because i'm too lazy to wait or don't want to spend $5 extra to book an appointment online. But everyone that has given me a cut I've been very satisfied with their work. It's a pretty dark shop with curtains in the windows, but they're probably open. Inside there's 2 rows of seats and a couch and TV's everywhere, so you can catch a game or a movie while you wait for your barber. Erika barely even looked my way and did not attempt to acknowledge me. She was working on braiding a guys' shoulder length hair and had just started separating out sections; it looked like this was going to take a while. Popular Demand's appointment policy: "Please make sure to arrive early. We will only allow a 5 minute grace period after your scheduled time." An excellent place in the area to get a haircut. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with individual sofa chairs. They have multiple TVs on to keep you entertained if you have to wait and the barbers will make sure you love your haircut. The owner always tries his best to make sure everyone is taken cared for and the experience is flawless.
