The cane was not the usual good quality I was used to from your store. Many strands were unusable & all had the black break mark. I called about it & talked to Ray the owner. That's what I was told. He said he could not discount that order, but would give me a discount on my next order. I just got my next order dated 9/28 Inv 752360, acct # 012696. I explained to the salesperson what Ray had told me about a discount. The cost was not discounted & actually went up $47.90. (same cane) I know times are not the same now as back in the 80's, but I do expect to be able to take HH Perkins at their word. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated. R Hull

Not a big deal but the person on the phone was very rude and irritated that I told him that what they sent me was incomplete. I got the run around and it took 2 weeks to get the missing bracket to install the shelves We got the TV stand next. It got delivered without shelves, and the handles for the door were cut incorrectly and did not match the threaded holes on the doors. After the issues with our first piece, they would double check to make sure everything was right. They did not. THANKFULLY I did not pay in full, and I refused to pay until everything was fixed. They kept me waiting all day, with very little communication. I called the store and the wife was rude over the phone, after asking where the missing shelves and fixed handles are. Finally showed up to fix everything later that afternoon. Long story short, I will never buy from them again. After you purchase something from them, they are rude and careless. If you are to buy something, expect awful customer service and lazy work.

My contractor bought them from BBS several years ago. After an initial diagnostic visit two months ago (for which I was charged $250), it has been radio silence ever since. The person responsible at BBS NEVER returns my messages or replies to my emails. Others at the store have told me my parts are on order and the guy responsible will update me, but he never does. It's a terrible customer experience; really terrible. As of now I am out $250, still need repairs, and am getting absolutely no proactive communication from BBS. If I could have gone elsewhere for service, I would have.
