Was also told I'd be charged. Called hotels dot com who claimed there was nothing they could do. All very laughable except we had to scramble to find another place to stay. It is very rare that I ever give a one star. So, keep that in mind. If you are ok with rudeness and being charged for a service not received, take your chances and book here. For me, there are far too many other choices. Safe travels!
