Final version still outstanding. * 27 Jan - Aspect silently debits our booking card £2 672.64--over 4× the agreed fee. Invoice carries no description. Every call, email and WhatsApp seeking clarification has met silence. Aspect later claimed they "could not reach us"--phone logs show otherwise. A formal Letter of Claim has been issued and a Section 75 charge‑back is in progress. If your organisation values contractual certainty and payment security, think carefully before engaging Aspect.
