I am a contractor that also works in film/movie business. I have 2 contractors that work with me on larger regular projects. They have their own accounts and I have had one for more than 20 years. When I am doing smaller jobs by myself I often send my costumers to this store to pick out colors and sometimes buy paint. I have been using this store for about 5 years. The fairly new manager has never been very polite or helpful. I recently sent some customers to pick out colors. They called from store to ask what kind of paint as they wanted to go ahead and pick it up. They got a price then I called back and said to buy under my account.
