Every time I have ordered hay from this location, I have asked to be called before they leave so I can get my hay shed prepped for the delivery. They never call. The last time I ordered from them, the hay had Styrofoam and a greasy fried chicken wrappers in one of the bales, and their delivery guys backed into my barn twice, causing one of the support poles to come off the roof. read more

Spoke to multiple employees on the phone regarding ordering a specific breed of chick that I hadn't been able to find anywhere else. They were all incredibly helpful and friendly, returned my calls as promised and even had my chicks a week earlier than they expected. When I arrived to pick them up they knew who I was and what I was there for, the customer service was just what you would expect from a small town feed store. They helped me out to my car, joked with my son and definitely made a customer for life out me, even though it's a 20 minute drive in the opposite direction from everything else I do when running errands. read more
