Robbing bastards. Avoid at all costs (no pun intended)…read more Three visits made because they didn't fit the correct part. Charged the same rate for travel time as they do for engineers. Charged for time the engineer spent chatting after the job was finished in ten minutes - was then told this was my fault and I shouldn't have talked to him and instead told him to leave. Also told by the MD that all the one star reviews online are fake. When I pointed out ALL the online reviews were one star he said they had plenty of good reviews on their website. When I told him it would be very easy to put good reviews on your OWN website but why were there zero positive reviews on the rest of the internet he hung up. He's a sad little man with a tiny willy and a shit company. Thick, nasty scammers. DO NOT USE!
