Hi everyone, I would advice not to use him for roofing services. He actually messed up my roof…read morewhile repairing. I learned about this when I hired a professional roofer, he said that he sees a lot of gravel up there which should not be used on roof! I was shocked and he said bc of the added weight, it's not good for roof and will cost me extra to remove these gravel. He is not trustworthy in my opinion for roofing nor zip rock.

The day they installed my window I reached out to the office to make a complaint. it goes to an…read moreanswering machine , so I keep trying various times finally getting to talk to the receptionist. I have to make my complaint online and received an email acknowledging that someone would get back to me. No one got back to me , I finally spoke to the owner by cell phone. Three times he said he would look into it. still no answer one month later. The installation inside looks fine, the exterior the chalking is choppy and there is no framing around the window. There is a big gap between the window and the siding.It seems like a simple fix but I now wonder how well it is actually installed. I hope they get back to me to fix this issue. At this time I am not satisfied.
