It always has achieved well compared to other schools in the surrounding area with P.C.C. being the normal secondary school to attend which enables many people to keep friends for life. 2 of my best friends still, I met at Mile Oak. They do so much each year with some type of pantomime performance being the highlight. My brother was involved in the Pied Piper of Hamlet Performance whilst I was involved in Oliver and Joseph and the technicoloured dream coat. My mum has these videos now. The balanced teaching here which is in line with the curriculum gives young people a good chance to start their own path in life. I have ended up at university and am the 1st person in my family to do so. The school football team is always competing to win the leagues.
