Me and my husband went to this place as we had understood the place to me a miniature city of the most important places in Portugal and it's previous colonies. However the disappointment was enormous when we found out, that the quite expensive entrance fee was more or less for a playground. The miniature buildings from around Portugal and it's colonies was nicely executed, but the explanations are ONLY in Portuguese - even the cinemas - and kids was all over the place. Finding a nice restaurant or bar for a refreshments is non existent. The place has so much potential, but doesn't succeed with it. The recommendations for couples without kids are to stay away. For the rest you can get amazing pictures of your young ones on buildings you might have seen during your vacation in Portugal. read more
