It started about 20 minutes late, because we were supposed to wait for someone, during which time we had to listen to the teacher giving a long spiel on differences between men and women based on some fake-sounding scientific research. The conversation and the waiting were supposed to boost our group spirit. The sequence of postures felt totally off as well. At 17 euros for a drop-in, no thanks!
