When he tore off the old roof I couldn't believe how bad everything looked...... the trash left under the roof, our rafters had rotted out, new shingles put on rotten wood, a mess! Francisco cleaned everything up, replaced the rotten wood and replaced the rotten rafters. We watched them do the whole thing. Our roof was done to last by Francisco. I had my carpets cleaned this morning after the movers got them dirty delivering my household…read moregoods. They were scheduled for 11am and arrived at 10:50am (very punctual). The cleaners helped me move some small furniture and cleaned around the big furniture. After 3 hours my carpets are almost dry. I have to do move out cleanings every 1-3 years when I move for work and I think the truck systems get the carpets a little cleaner. These cleaners use a truck-less system. A few comments on customer service: I called around town getting quotes and when I called back a second time to book, they did not realize I had called once before and quoted me $30 more than the original quote. When I mentioned it, they did honor the lower price. But they did not honor the Yelp voucher I bought. Hopefully Yelp will refund it.

They took 100% payment for tile without disclosing it wasn't in stock--only told us after we paid that it would take 3-4 weeks to arrive. When we canceled due to delays, they tried to charge a 55% restocking fee on what was in stock. 2. We prepaid for shower glass and had it measured. Three weeks later--after zero communication--they told our contractor they had canceled the order and didn't want to do the job anymore. 3. We gave them a 50% deposit for countertops and backsplash after multiple meetings. Then they casually informed us it would be another 3-4 weeks before installation, so we canceled again. To top it off, the owner told my contractor he still wanted his business--after blatantly ghosting us. That says everything you need to know. Avoid this place at all costs.
