The drink itself was good, but the glass had a noticeable odor. I still drank it since the bourbon overpowered the smell. I wasn't offered a food menu until about 10 minutes later. Once I decided what I wanted, it took another 20 minutes before the bartender came back around to take my order. I ordered the carnivore pizza. It's decent if you're extremely hungry and not too picky, but it tasted like a frozen pizza with meat scattered unevenly. I added green peppers and red onions, yet only about 3 out of 8 slices actually had them. Josh, the bartender, seems to mean well but gets flustered quickly and could benefit from being more personable and attentive. Overall, the service could use improvement when it comes to attentiveness, and the food quality doesn't quite match the prices. Would I come back? Maybe, if I was in the mood for a cheap dive bar vibe rather than a true sit-down restaurant experience.

The fried zucchini was crispy and flavorful with an amazing smokey sauce that came with it. The boom boom shrimp were cooked perfectly, crispy, and flavorful. However, the wings with dry rubs were bland and very dry, overcooked. The sauced wings had much better flavor but got soggy and were also way overcooked and dry. The burgers were under seasoned as well and the chips and salsa tasted like jarred salsa with cardboard chips. They have a huge variety of seasoned fries, we had the cajun and they were cooked perfectly, seasoned well and delicious. Service was ok, they messed up several drinks orders bringing us drinks we didn't order multiple times that we kept having to send back or talk through with our server. They resolved all the issues we had but it just never seemed very smooth and kept re-occurring which was frustrating and made me question my check but since i never had the chance to look it over since the device they handed me only showed the total. I asked for a printed receipt but never received one. The owner did come by and talk to us and she was very friendly and accommodating. I wish they served more local craft beers but mostly only served generic commercially available beer. Even after ordering a different beer, they kept bringing me the same one. Danielle E was our server and there were not that many people in the restaurant. However, she kept disappearing! We got our food ordered and actually came out quick, but we never saw her again unless we went to ask for her. We had to go to the bar to get refills on anything and to the hostess stand to get our check brought! When she finally brought the check she disappeared AGAIN! Thankfully the hostess saw me looking around for her once again and came to take care of payment for us. The absolute worst part was that she decided to add money to her tip after we left. I take pics of my receipts I leave sadly for this exact reason! It was CLEARLY written. So no way it could have been mistyped. She is very lucky we even left anything after the horrible service we received from her. I called the restaurant today and asked for the manager to inform them of the discrepancy and he wanted my credit card number. I told him t it was very deceitful for her to do this. He gave an excuse about internet not working so he needed my credit card number to look it up. I told him I had the receipt with the server name, check number and table number that he should be able to use to look it up. He kept pressuring for the credit card number to look it up and I kept refusing to give that. He finally said hold on a minute, put me on hold, waited several minutes and hung up the phone on me. If you choose to go just know you may or may not get a server that cares about their patrons and take a picture of your receipt with the tip you leave.

But the real deal‑breaker? We found out the staff openly shares customers' tip amounts with other patrons. We watched someone go around confronting people at the bar, asking how much they tipped. Completely inappropriate, wildly unprofessional, and honestly one of the most uncomfortable things I've ever seen in a bar. If this is the new standard, it's no wonder the crowds disappeared. But even if they do, it'll be one tier up which isn't going to bring it into the "good" category. I think this place tries to run like a corporation and not a restaurant / bar. Penny pinching on food and trying to completely maximize the pennies on beer. Drinks far too sweet without any liquor. Can't stand the commercial nonsense dressed up like a gastro-bar. It's not. It's just stuff off a truck and sticking it to you on the brews.
