Went with a group of 6 other ladies to get pedicures before a trip and had a great experience. They were very accommodating to our group size and provided great service to everyone! The salon is very clean and relatively modern and they were all polite and very thorough in their work. I got the signature pedicure and the massage and scrub was lovely. First time customer and will not return. Came for a full set with acrylic and the top was chunky and unflattering even after feedback given during service. Hated it so much I asked for regular gel. I went to posh a few days ago and had a manicure with hard gel. After a couple days, I was a little disappointed in a few things with the way it was done. I went in today and just told them how I felt they were so kind, sweet and accommodating. They fix my nails to perfection. They look beautiful and they didn't think twice about doing what was right for the customer. This place has my business forever. I have been going to Posh for the majority of the year. They have excellent service and always do a fantastic job. Throughout the pandemic they've done a great job of social distancing and ensuring safety for their customers. They have plexy glass on all their stations that separate you from the person doing your nails and those sitting next to you. I have been going to posh for several months now but have gone on and off for several years... I had to cancel an appointment a couple of weeks ago so I called and left a message early the morning the day of my appointment. When I called a few days later to make another appointment I was reprimanded and told that if I didn't show up for the appointment I was making I would no longer be able to make another appointment there.. I would say it's safe to say that if someone is canceling due to a last minute conflict they can't give 24 hours notice.. I am a cosmetologist and you don't reprimand an adult for canceling especially on their first offense.. Then to top it all off I got the dip polish. There was a walk-in while I was there which rushed my nail tech to finish my service. I had a nail crack the very next day and my middle finger on my left hand is swollen to the left of the nail. I know people say this all the time but I truly usually don't write reviews about experiences. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and acknowledge that people have off days but this whole experience has just bothered me too much to not say anything. read more

I called today to make a spur-of-the-moment mani appt and they got me in for 11:30. This was my first time here and it's a very nice shop with pleasant employees. The young lady did a great job on my nails and I loved how quick and efficient she was. I got the express mani for $20 (it is called mini manicure on the online menu). I've been going to Kathy at Posh in Westerville for over a year now. I just love her. She has great attention to detail, and offers the most pleasant experience in acrylic nails. Her French manicures are done free hand, and with perfection. She takes her time, but is efficient. All the staff is fun loving and friendly, and the shop offers all the quality at a decent price. Walk in's are welcome, but it's best if you make an appointment. You can call as late as the day before and still get in without a wait. I've had several of their staff do my nails, but it's nice to find just the one you click with, and Kathy is my go-to girl. read more

It's my first time to get this place. Their atmosphere is astonishing. They have a mass of color polish options that you like. The staff are reasonably friendly and well professional technicians. As well, it's super clean and non chemical odors. It is way more beneficial than another nail salon who don't have a ventilator to reduce the chemical odor. Viviane was AMAZING! She's been doing this for 20 years, and even better, she's clearly been doing it RIGHT for that long. I've been going to Happy Nails for the past 4 years, but just go so tired with the declining service, increasing pricing, filthy salon and the nickel and diming was the last straw. So I sought out another one and totally lucked out with this one! I can't find anything to complain about. I would not recommend coming to this nail salon at all. I had an appointment a week in a half ago and my nails aren't holding up at all, they are chipping and they can't even get coffin shape correct. I have called them to make an appointment to fix my nails and they told me I had to pay for them for something they screwed up on. i will not be going back to them ever again. it's the fact that I have to argue with them, for them to fix my nails that they screwed up on. And today I don't feel well unexpectedly and I asked them to reschedule my appointment after they told me on a 10 minute call for them to say they will fix it, and today they said they wouldn't. The lady on the phone said that the girl who did my nails is going on vacation and if I have someone else fix it, then I have to pay for it. 1. This is ur mistake on not being able to shape a nail so why do I have to pay. I ended up not getting my nails fixed, and they made it so complicated and did not work with me, or own up to their mistake. they kept making excuses, they put me on hold 5 times and the fact I had to argue to fix my nails that the gel nail polish is chipping on all my nails and my nails aren't holding up at all. They look like crap. And this nail shape is supposed to be coffin. The nails itself looking sloppy, and it doesn't not look coffin. They look OVAL. The sides aren't equal to the others, and the tips aren't even straight or equal to the other nails, the nails are chipping on the sides and on my nail picture provided below, the polish is rubbing off. I payed 50 dollars for these.They haven't held up at all, and look AWFUL. (Look at the pictures provided). so why do I have to pay for nails that look like this?! So if u want to go to a nail salon that has good service, understanding people and good technicians then this is NOT the place. So that is why their rating is 1 out of 4. Called a day before and they had no trouble getting me in for a pedi and a pink balance. I've been there many times for pedicures, usually I get a man so if that's an issue for you, don't go here. They have quite a few men working but they are always pleasant and professional. They are happy to chat or let you read and relax. I'd never had my nails balanced here but was looking for a closer spot. In addition, my friend tried to balance them using a drugstore kit and they were lifting and turning yellow. Awful mess. Julia took one look and said "I can fix these". She didn't bat an eye when I said I just wanted pink when usually techs try to talk me out of it. Within an hour my nails were fixed, polished, and perfectly natural looking! I also enjoyed a great conversation with her. I splurged on the most deluxe pedicure. It involved a sugar scrub that lasted a really long time. I think this was supposed to be the massage part of the pedicure but I had a scrape on my shin and it became irritating. I really prefer massages with lotion. I did eventually relax and fall asleep though and I woke up to pretty toes. I wanted a gel mani as well but I didn't have over a hundred dollars to blow on my nails. Love that the pedicures here are consistently good. The people are nice and they have often fit me in when I have free time in my schedule. I'm gluten-free and they have been careful to only use products that are safe for my skin. The best is that the nail polish jobs are great. I've been there several times now. I've have Dorcas do an amazing job on my dipped nails. They are so beautiful and I get so many compliments. The last one I had seems to have an issue with the topcoat. It separated two days after the manicure. They immediately worked me in and fixed it. Then yesterday I noticed the topcoat was lifting again. I call this am and was worked in with Sandy. They were apologetic and unsure why it keeps happening. I haven't been charged and they make me feel welcomed and not like a rude and demanding customer. I really do appreciate all the time an effort they put in to customer service. I love posh! I have been going for the past 6 years and love it. They get you in when you call and do any amazing job. I've always gotten gel manicure and pedicures. I also get my eye brows done as well. I have gotten acrylic done there and they do great work if you like to have it done. Prices are a little high but after moving to Colorado and finding places that are more in price and crappy at the work I'll stick with posh! read more

I spent some time looking at nail colors after I was directed to upon arrival, after 15 minutes and no prompting to head over to a chair, I was told by a lady that I was behind now because I took so long. I simply was waiting there, talking and looking at colors, being patient. However, I was made to feel that it was me that was taking too long and because of that my pedicure was rushed. With that, I paid $42 to have my feet polished nicely but left with calloused feeing heals, just the same as when I came in. It was bad enough that even after a few hours, I never noticed a difference in the softness which goes to show callouses were not removed and my heals not given a fair amount of lotion to be kept soft. Sorry, I could have done it better at home. Not worth my $42 and my tip. read more
