I called last minute and the lady Amanda that does eyebrows took me last minute. She was extremely polite and accommodating. The place is really cute inside. I wish I could have gotten a pedicure and a massage. Amanda did eyebrow threading and did a great job. The eyebrow threading was a little expensive ($20). Not sure if it was a last minute convenience fee or if that's the regular price. I wasn't complaining either way. If I come back to Tupelo, they're on my list of places to visit read more

This salon and spa is absolutely amazing! The decor is beautiful with a laid back atmosphere that completely pulls you in. The staff is so professional and well trained with all the knowledge to take care of your needs. NieNie and Pisces did a phenomenal job with my pedicure!!! Don't take the Spa part lightly! I visited the store needing a massage as I do a good bit of driving. Upon arrival I met with Artasia L., filled out a questionnaire and we spoke about what discomfort I had been in. Artasia saved my day! She didn't rush, she checked on me to ensure I was comfortable throughout the session. I can't believe I found such a great massage therapist. I think the trip to the salon was worth it! The jelly pedicure, environment, kind and knowledgeable staff. This place is 11/10 so why the four stars? Unfortunately the gel polish on both my fingers and toes left something to be desired. I have only had them down for a week and it's 1/2 gone from my toes and my fingernail polish has been separating from my nail as well as splitting! Still recommend but don't waste the money on gel! Instead use it on the jelly pedicure! WORTH IT! read more
