I really don't understand how a salon that is as busy as this one could have such a horrible rating on Yelp. If this salon was as horrible as it has been painted on this website, I highly doubt they would be as busy as they are, considering the amount of competition salons in the area. That said, I did notice that the name of the salon is incorrect, but the address is right. I'm wondering if the poor reviews were intended for another salon. I myself, and multiple people that I know are regulars at this salon and everyone is in accordance that this is the single best salon I've ever been to. From customer service to artistic skill. It is the only salon that has impressed me in every regard, to the point that I will exclusively go here in the future. It is not your typical nail salon. Yes, they are busy and it can be difficult to get an appointment, but when you know this then it's just a matter of booking ahead. I have never paid over $120, and we are talking some INCREDIBLE nail services and art. Average with basic designs I would say I pay around $80-100 tip-in (and I like to tip according to the amazing service provided, so usually around $15). Dalene and Vaing are hilarious, personable, and incredible at what they do. I mean yeah, if you go in and request for 50 rhinestones on your nails, the cost will be high. Honestly, I could go on forever about how amazing this salon is, but check them out on instagram, and book an appointment with them through DMs. They're pretty quick to respond, and you could never know how amazing this place is until you experience it for yourself. read more

Sketchy, I messaged them online to get them to send me a list of all their services and they would not. After sending me the cost for one type of manicure I asked again for a complete list, or a photo of the price board I'm sure they have up in their salon. They Completely ignored me. Don't go here they are shady. Next time I'm in new market I'll go take a picture of their board for everyone else as well. Why wouldn't you send me a list of your services? Recently moved to Newmarket and have to find a new nail place. Went here on a limb as it's in the neighbourhood I live in. Shellac only lasted 1.5 weeks. For the cost, I expect shellac to last at least 2 weeks, but I can usually go 3 before it starts to chip. Needless to say I won't be going back. An extra heads up, the prices aren't listed anywhere in the salon. Who knows if the prices vary based on customer. read more

The only reason I'm even rating this salon 1 star is so that I could make this review. I have never experienced such terrible service and such disrespectful staff. Visiting this place was the biggest waste of money and time. When I got there, the lady Shelley said; maybe I can do both you and your friends nails.. half way through my nails she turns and says to my friend "I can not do your nails" my nails simply needed a refill+shellac, my nails weren't broken, all my nails tips were intact. So apparently for a refill it's $40 but if you want a refill "on the tips on your nails" it's an extra $15, I'm already paying for a refill, the point of a refill is to fix the nail or fill it out. MIND YOU, my nail tips weren't broken but I had a spot on my thumb that needed to be shaved down a bit because of a little crack, the nail tip is still intact btw but in order to fill in the minor dent. It costs $4. So now we're at $59 for a refill. No design, just shellac. Everytime I asked her something, she would just throw numbers at me. Not friendly at all, rushed through the whole thing and didn't give me what I asked for. My experience was so bad that I had to cancel my pedicure with them. I went for a full set on Tuesday May 3 2018. I received chrome and I did 4 nails with Swarovski crystals which cost $15 each. My total was $160 before tip. On the following Friday my middle nail broke off and then on the weekend two other nails broke. On Monday I called to book an appointment to replace my nails. My appointment was on Tuesday and Tammy fixed my nails. I asked her do I owe anything but to be honest I didn't think I should been charged because it wasn't even a week and I lost three nails. I said I shouldn't pay but I will. I told her I'm going to my car to get my bank card. I came back and the lady who sits in the front told me I'm too much stress and they cancelled my following my appointment next week. I asked her how am I stressful and she continue to look down at her book. Then she told me I'm completely banned from the nail. I had to ask is because I'm colour? To be honest if I wasn't black I don't think there would of be an issue. I didn't yell I didn't swear. I just voiced my opinion on why I think I shouldn't pay but I still offer to pay for the replacement nails. I've never been treated with such disrespect in my life from a nail shop. And to be little in front of everyone in the shop for $15.00 which I was willing to pay for. Anyone of colour in Newmarket DO NOT go there because you will be classified as being stressful by voicing a concern for nails falling a few days after getting then done. read more

Booked an appointment to get my nails taken off and painted the day before which they said they can accommodate. I showed up to my appointment ON TIME so they don't fall behind since they were so busy and "almost fully booked". Lady was super rude and confrontational in front of a bridal party that was double booked and told me that I had made a mistake that I didn't have an appointment (she didn't even check to see if i had one or not, she was busy doing her daughters nails). Another employee walked in and explained how I was her first appointment the lady told her "no don't do hers start with the wedding party" and told me to "SIT DOWN and we will see if we can do your nails". I was still nice and felt bad for the bride sitting there. I told the bride I will leave and cancel my appointment so she can have a good day she said thank you so much which made the lady super upset and she stood up aggressively and with a loud voice (yelling) asked me "WHAT IS YOUR NAME I WONT SERVICE YOU NEXT TIME AT ALL". I walked out saying you don't have to know my name. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this salon at all. If they choose to treat their paying customers with disrespect i can't imagine how they treat their employees. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS! read more
