Dov went above and beyond and provided true customer service not to mention they also followed the COVID-19 protocols and had PPE Equipment on site. The store also has a large assortment of tools that are fairly priced for anyone that's a handyman or someone like myself who doesn't mind tackling tasks themselves.

Grainger had the item I needed in stock at their Maspeth location. Grainger customer service confirmed item stock which saved me time. Grainger has locations throughout the tristate area, online stock is listed and tells you how long you would have to wait for pickup and or delivery. Reason for 4 stars is the excellent service and availability. Prices are not the lowest but when you need an item, price becomes less of an issue. I recommend Grainger.

Worse, he says that oversized packages like this "often take 1-2 business days to be shipped," which means that the delivery estimate was a deliberate lie on Grainger's part. Bottom line: pay more, get less.
