Excellent service from friendly employees. And to answer the question from the 1 star review, yes you must mail a prepaid, preprinted label on the day it is generated and printed. I generate new labels from over the weekend on Monday, it takes all of 5 minutes for 20+ labels...no big deal. This has been a thing since I started using a Pitney Bowes machine when selling on eBay back in NJ in 2000. As a daily customer with multiple packages. They had my package in hand four days ago and didn't deliver it. Instead they put it in another bin and forwarded it to another city. This forced me to file a missing package claim. I know the address on the package was correct as I have Informed Delivery and was getting updates on the packages' progress and then all of a sudden "poof" the package was spirited away. It's now four days later and the exact location of my package is a mystery. It's somewhere between where I live and Marquette, WI. And no, the zip codes aren't even remotely similar. Their employees steal your mail And just blatantly rip open packages and only take 1 of the 10 items in there thinking I won't notice. I have your face on camera. I am reporting portage WI USPS for theft to USPIS. Isn't the first time either and I'm sick of it. read more

Has anyone heard that you must mail a package out within 24 hours of printing the prepaid label? I had a postal worker chastise me for bringing in a package on Monday with a label that I printed out on Friday. He was rude, and this rule is something that makes no sense. I've never run into this at any other post office. I won't go to this facility again. read more
