Excellent service from friendly employees. And to answer the question from the 1 star review, yes you must mail a prepaid, preprinted label on the day it is generated and printed. I generate new labels from over the weekend on Monday, it takes all of 5 minutes for 20+ labels...no big deal. This has been a thing since I started using a Pitney Bowes machine when selling on eBay back in NJ in 2000. As a daily customer with multiple packages. Their employees steal your mail And just blatantly rip open packages and only take 1 of the 10 items in there thinking I won't notice. I have your face on camera. I am reporting portage WI USPS for theft to USPIS. Isn't the first time either and I'm sick of it. read more

Has anyone heard that you must mail a package out within 24 hours of printing the prepaid label? I had a postal worker chastise me for bringing in a package on Monday with a label that I printed out on Friday. He was rude, and this rule is something that makes no sense. I've never run into this at any other post office. I won't go to this facility again. read more
