They were beyond friendly, and were very attentive when listening to my story. They gave me way more money than I had ever thought I would receive and also offered to have their son-in-law help with the repairs for a lower cost than the dealership would! Not only that but she was able to help me navigate my way around town; she clearly truly cared about helping my family get our car fixed and get back on the road. I know show notes state no cancelations, but it's the immediate switch from $1 to $179 is unethical.
