Was on your bus tour to the Log Cabin in Holyoke, Ma on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 and the bus trip was very comfortable. The driver was very professional, courteous, friendly, and drove with safety in mind. One could tell he was very experienced. I felt that I was in good hands. The bus was clean and comfortable to ride. However, the isle was a bit narrow and it may have been difficult for some handicap passengers to get to and from their seats even though they say in the front rows. Overall the bus trip was very clean and comfortable. The dinner at the Log Cabin is another matter, it was not that good! read more

A bunch of us went to Montreal this past weekend. We had such a great experience with Post Road Stages. Our bus driver Pete, was so funny and told us jokes and stories on the way there and on the way home. I also forgot my purse on the bus and didn't realize it (It was a small travel purse that I kept inside a larger bag when I was on the bus), until I got a call from them asking if I left it on the bus. July 1,2018 went to Yankees Stadium to see game with Red Sox. Worst bus trip ever it was 100 degrees outside barely felt air conditioning to the game. On the way home from game the air conditioning broke on the bus and felt like 100 degrees on the bus with no air.The ride was not comfortable the seats were hard and there was no leg room on the bus. Bus driver failed to look up construction on 95 north so it took an extra hour to get home. I got of the bus soaked from sweat. Next time when you have a bus trip in extreme temperature make sure the air conditioning is working!!! read more

Post Road has great day and overnight trips. The staff is great to work with, the tour director is fantastic, and the drivers are very professional. When you call to book a trip, the seats are assigned, so there are not people pushing to get the seats. They also have trips for everyone. There are also great pick-ups in New Britain, Manchester/East Hartford line, and Vernon. They also have a casino run, and they do commuter runs for CTTransit. read more
