( provided me with a file return copy that was never filed). I had been going back and forth with them when finally I was told " we've never seen this happen before". attempted to remain professional; but with a mistake like this; one can't take a chance with them. Blatant mistake that I had no recourse for; other than sucking it up.

My tax preparer was very thorough in reviewing all the specifics of my case and needs. She was able to explain the more arcane situations to me. She was familiar with all the ins and outs of the confusing and byzantine tax code. The offices are conveniently located in downtown Wayne. There is plenty of parking in the back of the building. They have fresh water and coffee while you wait. The wait is never long especially if you make an appointment. We were seen well within ten minutes of our arrival and I was thankful for that.
