Very nice folks! I inquired about a printing and lamination service, the employee was very nice and helpful on the phone and on location as well. As soon as i got there, the employee acknowledged me and remembered me from the phone call. The picture that i wanted printed and laminated was too large so multiple employees collaborated to get it done right the first time around. Do not get your life scan done here. My schools Police Dept. says the postal Annex is 100% responsible for this mistake. I spoke to them on 2 separate occasions. They say the postal annex failed to input their agency's mail code. If that code is not entered, the life scan results are not electronically sent to the agency who is requested the life scan, but that it is processed and sent to them in paper form via USPS from Sacramento, which could take months. The Postal Annex claims all the fields are pre-populated and the only input the agency's ORI code. They also told me a few days ago when I followed up on if the results are in, as instructed by my school, an Indian woman told me the Postal Annex could not check if the results are done. That is also not true, as I found a website by googling info. about life scans and was able to check online at that the results were completed. All they (or you) have to do is input your ATI number and your DOB. Not only did I miss the first week of school because my schools HR Dept. Was waiting on the results, I also had to completely begin again, and get my life scan re-done somewhere else. I also requested a refund from the Postal Annex, which they would not negotiate in any way. Thus, I told them I was going to write this negative Yelp review. In response to the owners comments below. M second life scan ( done by another company) came back cleared within 24 hours. I also cannot ask the DOJ about the results either ( call the phone number). Only the requesting agency can. I also would be careful about you insinuating that I have some sort of criminal record, as that is considered slander. Also you refused to check online to see if the fingerprints were successfully sent online saying you could not do that. I am the one who found the website and followed up myself. Now you are claiming your employees did- they had not done this, but said they could only submit the prints and absolutely nothing else. This issue is not having putting in the agency's mail code, so the referring agency does not get the results electronically in a quick manner. And that is why your customers says it takes a month, because you leave that field blank and then Sacramento eventually sends the results to the agency via paper form, as I mentioned above!!! read more

This husband and wife team are wonderful people. They are the nicest and most helpful people you would come across. My wife needed some flyers done for her business, she was using Office Depot before. Jinesh explained how we could save money and at the same time get a better looking product. All my wife's business, which is weekly is now taken to Jinesh. She will also use them for her other requirements. I cannot understand why somebody wrote a bad review about this establishment. I cannot for a moment imagine him or his wife being rude or uncooperative. There must be more to the story. I would like to hear the other side. If you bring a box and need tape to box it up... they'll charge you for tape. If you need a box be prepared to pay a lot for it. Also their mail box service isn't everything as advertised. Came in to get an expedited passport. Had a little bit of a hiccup on their end, but they were able to turn it around. I kind of blew up on them, mostly because I was nervous and needed my passport right away. In the end though everything turned out perfect. The owner stayed on top of it, even called me directly to keep me updated on the status of my passport. The two young ladies were also a big help! Even though I was kind of rude for what happened they always remained professional. Sorry!! I can definitely say that their customer service is on point!
