This location is located in the shopping plaza off of Culver that has the 99 Ranch and Sam Woo and other places. I came in to get a Live Scan Fingerprint done for a volunteer opportunity application process. The service was very nice, the gentleman that took care of my Live Scan was kind and attentive with good attention to detail. The process took 5 minutes and was quick and painless. I did notice that there were a few customers waiting to get other services completed and this location is a bit small with only 2 staff working at that time. Also, the Live Scan after their fee and government fees was $50 and then additional $3 for credit card payment and extra copies was another $0.50. Luckily, I am being reimbursed these fees by the volunteer company but just wanted to note that this may be a higher rate than what you would pay elsewhere. I don't like this place. I usually go to the Walnut pharmacy and these really nice ladies there help me with sending my mail... but this place was closer to my house so I decided to try it. The man that worked there wanted to charge me $45 dollars for sending a box the size of my hand. So I was like no thanks and went to the Walnut pharmacy instead. I ended up paying about 10 bucks or less for my mail. this was the 2nd time I came here. My first experience here I was sending a return back to an online store. I asked the man a few questions such as "can I get confirmation on this" or "how long does it take to ship" and he always answered me with a "I don't know". He owns the place shouldn't he know? I always feel uncomfortable sending things the mail which may get lost and he totally didn't give me any comfort. So... lots of vague answers and not so great customer service :/ read more

I rarely need to go to the a post office, however when I came to PostalAnnex+ it was so easy to get a passport photo. Most places take forever to get my photo processed or even just to wait in line to take it. PostalAnnex+ was on it and made it fast and easy to get a renewal photo for my passport. I really recommend this place if you need a fast and easy process and if you want a fair price as well. read more

Came here because I needed to return some merchandise, never have I been to a postal service shop and actually been so happy. They offer some free boxes and very cheap printing services if needed. I hate shipping back stuff, but coming here was stress free! Workers are very nice too. read more

I wish I read abt the " not providing receipts" reviews before I went there, I have to use DHL drop off my watch back to shipper for exchange. , shipper provided label, I showed my watch to two ladies, they didn't give me any proof, I felt weird. Sure enough, first time in my life, the shipper said they didn't receive the watch. I don't even want to go back to ask, bc besides being treated badly and deny, there will not be good outcome. So I have to take the loss. read more

I don't normally write reviews as you can see and I've gotten bad service at other places as well. Well I won't be coming back here again. I mistakenly came to this store because I didn't see that the UPS store I always go to also did livescan finger printing. I asked the gentlemen whom I assume was the owner what I thought was a discrepancy and although he was correct, what he pointed out on my document was incorrect. He wouldn't take the time to re-read again that see that what he pointed out was incorrect and proceeded to tell me to call the DRE and get it clear myself then come back. Anything I said from there on out his only response was to rudely tell me to call the DRE and come back. If he had explained it patiently/correctly to me and told me in a nice manner, just as the other store had did, I would have probably listened to him or came back after I found the correct information. Not only did his rude behavior cause him to lose out on $25 worth of business today, but any other future business. Why don't small business owners understand this?? On top of all this, his price was higher than it was supposed to. I guess that was the $3 credit card fee that someone else that reviewed said it was. read more

I actually stopped in at CVS first to get my passport picture but wasn't getting very far with them, the associate left me multiple times to clear out the line. I left and came here instead...I am glad I did. I was instantly greeted and told them that I needed a passport picture, they told me the pricing and had me take a seat. They had a professional camera and umbrella light, the pictures came out better than I expected. The staff was very friendly, recommend if you are in the area in need for quick passport pictures, and there is plenty of parking too! read more

Fast, efficient service. Really good about sending you emails re oversize packages. Located in a safe, clean shopping center with plenty of parking, next to CVS. I got a "corporate" large mailbox which holds personal plus business mail if you don't like packages at your home doorstep at all hours. Definitely recommend. read more

I read reviews and then went to this location for a passport photo. I love that this location is open after 5 p.m. to accommodate people who work during the day. There was no line. The photographer was patient and the photo was excellent. And when I asked if the photographer could send me an electronic copy, she did so happily. Got my live scan done here. Very friendly, quick and professional. They even pointed out that my DOJ fee of $49 was waived with code. I ended up paying only $20. I highly recommend this place for walk-in live scans and all postal needs. read more
