5 stars isn't enough. They deserve 10. I had to get urgent legal mail certified for my friend that's out of state within 4 minutes til closing time. (Yep, I unfortunately was that person today.) I was faced with patience, grace, and kindness from the same wonderful man who answered the phone at 6:50 pm. I told him I was coming from Staples, my ETA was 656, and I know they close at 7 and I'm so sorry. He was calm and assured me that I can come anyway. He waited for me. I was frantic and squirrelly af making sure I had everything my friend needed and if it was done correctly. Thank you for staying open an extra 5 minutes for me. I will definitely tell anyone and everyone to come here for mail or to get things notarized!! Reasonably priced. Thank you for being kind while the world is not so much right now. Came to get my Canadian Passport Photo. Requirements different than for USA and Owner really helpful and knowledgeable, and has correct dimensions and tools to prepare the photos for correct specifications. $30 in and out Very quickly. Also has other international passport photo tools, you should come here too! I'll be back again for the next renewal. read more

I went here to get a passport photo. If you've never tried to renew your passport online, you need to upload a passport photo that meets their stringent guidelines. I tried 2 other passport photo places and the photos were rejected. One of those places tried 3 times and couldn't get it. Not only was my photo at this Postal Annex accepted, he allowed me to open my saved application for the renewal and upload the photo from his computer. He also offered a discount since I needed only a digital photo. Do not, do not, DO NOT go anywhere else for a passport photo. The service was friendly and helpful. The product was excellent, and I could not have had a better overall experience. I will be looking up the products and services they offer and using them every time I need those products and services. It is great to be treated well and get what you need!!! read more

I called asking about their live scan fingerprint service. The young lady on the phone gave me the store hours just in case I couldn't go in as a walk in. I arrived and was greeted by everyone working there. The same young lady on the phone took my finger prints. She was very kind and professional. She gave me the price before we started. I do not know if that's a reasonable price but I wouldn't mind paying again for the service I received. Every customer that walked in was treated just as kind.
