I arrived in Hamburg around 1 month ago and it was my first time receiving a package. It was…read moresupposed to arrive today but the guy did not ring the doorbell and then I received an e-mail saying the "package could not be delivered". I did not know when I could pick it up, because they said they left a notice when they did NOT. So I went to the post office and asked the lady if the package was there. She said it wasn't and asked me when I received that e-mail. I told her it was today and the she looked at me with that mocking expression, moving her arms around as if it was OBVIOUS that it would not be there. Excuse me, I'm a customer. You don't get to talk and act like that to us. Awful awful awful employee. I was disgusted at her behavior.
