Just a warning to people who give this company their credit card details. If you are looking for a reputable company to deal with give Dandenong PostNet a big miss. They debited my bank account $240.00 without permission for an invoice they did not send me,although they emailed the receipt from Shiharam Pty ltd without any problems. After 12 days of contacting them daily, they still have not emailed my anything to show that they have processed the refund to my credit card or bank account (even after they requested the details again ) They told me to contact an accountant in Sydney (Rachel.B) who said it was Dandenong PostNet who needed to refund the money. I again contacted them but with no response. I have found more information regarding the financial situation of PostNet but I wont describe that here at the moment. If a debit is made in error, well, that is a mistake, if it is not refunded after 12 days of asking, to me , that is something different. Strangely, 30 minutes after I posted my first review I received the following email from someone I have never contacted or spoken to, it seems like they are hiding in my opinion, if it was an automated response it would have arrived sooner, been from an email address I had contacted and been noted as an automated response.
