Postnet came to the rescue! I was 2 hours from home and left some legal docs that I desperately needed. I emailed them to Postnet and they had them printed out for me by the time I drove to them which was 27 minutes from where I was. They are easier to deal with than FedEx and a lot more affordable! Both times that I emailed PDF files to them for printing, they actually fixed some formatting issues (margins, centering, etc.) from my PDFs and made the finished printed product look very professional. I shipped a package from lufkin to Baghdad, Iraq. Nobody at the place had ever shipped anything to Iraq before. The lady working the front desk called their National office to check if there were any restrictions, learn any required details and got the shipping done. The day before I had driven to Houston and was refused by the DHL office there. The DHL office staff was very friendly and helpful but their national office said they couldn't ship to iraq but had no reason why. Will definitely go to POSTNET next time I need to ship anything. read more

I have been using them the last three years. Staff has always been very polite, friendly and helpful. Don't know what has happened recently, but the same guys haven't been there and now there is a heavy set, red head girl that is RUDE! She is not helpful, acts as if you are bothering her and does as little as she possibly can. I am so disappointed because I used to love stopping in here. Went in on Saturday, asked if there was a notary, there were 2 other customers inside, she informed me very rudely, "I'm trying to close!" I just turned around and walked out. Went back on Tuesday for a notary and she had customers and was again, very rude, not only to me, but to the other customers. read more
