It was a Offset short run, with full color spreads with a hard cover. We are very pleased with the results. Glen Schriever was always available and kind and courteous in helping along our project. Their technical staff helped us with the original file. The Proof process, often a sticky subject, was dealt with fairly and cost effectively. Our books were shipped on time. When the book delivery came to California, things fell apart as the shipper let the books get wet. North Star's owner reassured us, and reprinted the books beautifully at their cost. North Star then hired XPO who did an excellent job of delivery. 10 STARS

I am always amazed by how gorgeous each set turns out with all the colors and designs they have! The receiver of a balloon gift is always so happy and they feel so celebrated! Tips when buying balloon bouquets: * Make sure you have enough room in your car. I put down the seats in my car to have enough room. * Make sure your car isn't hot inside and that the balloons don't touch the outside of your car trunk when putting them inside your vehicle. They can pop from the heat. * Best part is you can choose from a wide variety of color combinations! I would be prepared with a color scheme in mind.
