We hung out here our first night in Rio. It's a very cool vibe to sit next to a dark beach and sip on drinks. I get a few beers and finish the night with a fresh coconut water. For food I get an order of bolinho de bacalhau (salted cod balls). The first few were very good, but the salt got to me after a while. Even while chugging ice cold beers the salt was too much after a while. I love how the city has these posts to grab a quick bite and casual drink right on the beach. read more
