Located off Lemmon Avenue and Inwood next to the Wells Fargo and Starbucks. This is a moderately spaced location with plenty of seating and free WiFi. Customer service and attentiveness could be better than what I've experienced . My go to is usually a tuna melt chips and a drink . Prices ranges for a meal will run from $11-$14 . Calm setting but lunch time gets a little noisy. I would recommend this location if you're in the mood for something healthy . read more

I placed a mobile pickup order at 1:46pm to be ready at 4:15pm. I get to the store and the order is not ready and had not been started. There were two people in line. Michael told me it would be 5-10 minutes, but I didn't have time to wait so I asked them to cancel. He then said they were busy which was unprofessional as I placed the order ahead of time which is priority. He then argued that I didn't place the order ahead of time and I just said again to cancel it. Then a lady behind the counter said that they just got the order which I also know wasn't true since my card was charged at 4:03pm. None of this back and forth was necessary. I have no idea if I'm just romanticizing the experience I had here because my baby sister was visiting and we were pretty hungry after our visit to Fossil Rim, but I just ordered from the Uptown location today and the sandwich (A Wreck) somehow wasn't as good as the one at this location on Lemmon. It was still good. I just remember the one at the Lemmon location being better. :) My favorite thing about Potbelly is probably the bread. My experience here was pretty good. The shop is clean and updated with plenty of seating. You order at the counter and get your sandwich very quickly. The staff was very nice and friendly. I got the pizza sandwich (without pepperoni) which has meatballs, capicola, sauce, Italian seasoning, and mozzarella. I got the multigrain bread which was just ok. The sandwich was good but I thought it was a little small for the only size they have. I also got an Oreo malt shake which was delicious. They did take a while to make it though. read more

The employee seemed very uninterested in beginning the single sandwich, so after some questions on my part to verify I was there within the hours (I was), and breakfast was in fact available (it was), I just left. I Placed an online order at this location and requested for the order to be delivered because I do not have transportation today. I ordered a original Italian sandwich and I put specials instructions to add lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, hot peppers, Italian seasoning, and provolone cheese. I also ordered chips and a bottle soda. When my order arrived all it had on it was meat, cheese and pickles. I called the location on Lemmon to have the issue rectified and was told that I could come by and pick up a new sandwich. I told the manager Chris that I did not have transportation, that is why I had it delivered and could not come back up. Chris told me well he can give me back my money on the sandwich. I asked him can they not remake the sandwich and have it redelivered. Chris told me no. I told Chris I am pregnant and need my food, I cannot go back in to order more food and pay to have it redelivered. Chris told me he can give me back my money on the sandwich. The flavor was very good, but unfortunately the sandwich had 2 major flaws. There was barely any meat, for $13 I expected more than a bread and veggie sandwich.
