Do not use this place as a Fed Ex drop off!!! They lost one of my packages, and refused to take responsibility. I've used them before and they were helpful, but something change and the older lady was rude, condescending, and dismissive. Even after they lost my package, i tried to take the high road and not lose my temper. I just dropped off another package and I ask them to sign a paper acknowledging that they took the package and they refused. This time I did lose my temper and cursed at them, because treating people (and Customers) like that is unprofessional. Bottom Line!! They cost me a sale. I am now more than willing to drive Fort Smith just to make sure that I can serve my customers better. Shame on you Poteau Pack and Ship!! VERY rude customer service! Save money and go ship directly through FedEx, UPS or USPS.

There's a sweet younger woman there, with pretty colors in her hair. I mention that because I've met three people there, her, a mid aged man and an older woman and she was the only one that wasn't rude. I'll go to Fort Smith next time, cause I refuse to be spoken to rudely by the other two. I get that culturally, in the USA, it's okay to be rude to old people now. I am outta step with the times and that's why I gave those two three stars instead of one. And of course I wish I could give the one 5 stars. But it doesn't work that way. I appreciate the guy that operates/owns this store (franchise, I think). He's always exceptionally helpful and very thorough... Unlike some places that herd you through like cattle or treat you as if it's a burden. He's been nice to me, my husband and my sister. I really do appreciate having a place in Poteau, OK that isn't as far as Fort Smith. read more
