It's merely a kitchen, but at least it's a place where you can order take out or delivery. Kyu has been leading the birria trend in the city, and I finally had a chance to try what the hype was about, as they're promoting their Black Birria tacos for Taco Week. Birria certainly tasted different from all the other meats I tried, but I felt it was quite good! The taco shell is a bit harder than what I'm normally used to, though the black colour felt less of a different taste and more of a gimmick. I had the tacos delivered, and unfortunately I received them rather lukewarm as opposed to hot. I'm not blaming the restaurant for it at all, though I wanna withhold a potential 4-star review until I'm able to taste their other items in proper temperature.
