She delayed our renovation and it became costly for us. Finally after leaving my first review she called me back, pleading with me to take down my review making promises to complete the work. I took down my review, then it was excuse after excuse not to update our survey. We paid a lot for our original survey but she would NOT give us the CAD file. I really wish I had used another company. Go elsewhere!
