I've called and left messages, email, and even talked with Stacy and he said they were 3 weeks out. Well that date has come and gone. The biggest complaint is that you don't get any updates on when you are going to have them show up on site. My pump is not working properly and it might not last too much longer. Had the opportunity to use these folks after essentially interviewing a few other local companies like Van Dyken. I finally decided on Potts drilling as they were super friendly and were willing to order in the specific well parts I wanted (hand pump). I spoke to Dave and other guys in his shop and every time they were friendly and responsive. We wanted a hand well pump installed in conjunction with our electric pump, which can be tricky. These guys came out, met with me and took some measurements to see what could be done and what size. After some consultation with Bison hand pumps out of Maine we got all the right parts ordered. Flexible scheduling that worked well for us and again exactly what we wanted, where other folks locally wouldn't offer anything other than what they had on the shelf or the same tired products from the turn of the century. So the day arrives and install is more difficult then first thought and ended up with a few complications. When everything was completed we were a day late (no big deal) but everything was done properly. The staff were very friendly and while things didn't go perfectly I wouldn't hesitate to use these folks again for the next project. I understand that no one is able to avoid all accidents/delays and projects tend to have a bump in the road from time to time. What really made these folks stand out is the high level of customer service, positive attitude and the ability to solve problems in a timely manner. They did what I needed done and at a fair price as well. The best, called Dave at 11 am, had a serviceman stop by at 1pm, replaced pressure tank by 3:30! Fast, friendly and courteous!
