She talked us through the entire Puppy Grooming process alongside what we can expect as owners during (reminders 15 - 20 minutes before the service is completed to start returning to the store) and after the service is completed (tips and tricks on how to get your puppy more comfortable with the grooming process). On the day of the appointment, the groomer was equally as friendly and again walked us through the grooming process. I felt like my puppy was in good hands from the moment I interacted with Jessica. I'd highly recommend trying the grooming services at Woof!

thrilled to death to have found a groomer that i'm happy with. my dogs are older and so have been…read morethrough the wringer with groomers. what i look for: 1. i like them (as in, i get a good vibe) 2. they require proof of vaccination 3. my dogs like them 4. the place is clean 5. the place is professional 6. my dogs look like what i requested 7. they have experience 8. they have competitive prices 9. they let me see the grooming area where my dogs will be kept tall order, right? not for adria (owner) and emma (groomer). for those of you who know me, i'm a picky beeyatch. i know what i want and i have high expectations. my dogs are always happy when we get there, and to be honest, sort of indifferent when i pick them up. to me this is better than them racing to leave. despite the fact that grooming is a pain in their arses (the dogs), they still don't mind hanging out while i chat and pay. emma remembered my dogs' treat limitations and allergies and how i like them cut. they don't mind when i call half way through to check on them. she offered my poodle a hand-me-down sweater from her little poodle! and while i really don't care if the groomer (or anyone for that matter) thinks my dogs are cute, smart, gorgeous, and altogether perfect, it's nice to feel that all of the people at tailwaggers do. bottom line: *i feel like my dogs are safe *they run on schedule *great pricing *real people (not corporate robots) *saturday appointments available *consistent *clean *thankful that i have a place where both me, and more importantly, my dogs, feel comfortable. two thumbs, way the hell up!
