I had tried on a pair of $400 glasses at another store and was impressed by them and had them in mind when walking into this store, so I wanted to be impressed, However, the service and the fact that I had to ask the angry man to look at one pair of glasses was absolutely ridiculous.

When I asked to try on a frame, the young man was very helpful in showing me that and some other frames. Even though they were quite busy, he and the owner took the time to create a custom frame combo for me! When I came back to pick up the glasses, I discovered that they filled out the tax info so I could get a refund later and the airport. Wonderful experience all around!! I get so many complements on these frames - and lucky me, I'm headed back to Paris. And I will definitely be headed back to visit this gem and get some more frames!!
