After the repairs were done, I used Gorilla Clean (Gorilla Paver Sealing Solutions) to wash, sand, and reseal the pavers at the recommendation of the company who initially installed my driveway and sidewalks and who also did the repairs. I'm really happy with the result. John March was professional and courteous and was there with another employee. They did an excellent job all around. The sealer had more gloss than my previous sealer and I liked it better. It has seemed so far to hold up better than other sealers that have been used since I first had the bricks installed back in 2017. Also, their price was better than the others (I did shop around). I highly recommend Gorilla Clean and plan to use them again in the future.

Note - I see someone wrote about cash upfront and while I don't know their experience, this company did not ask to get paid until the job was complete.

We have been working with Ronnie Miller for 2 months at least on our project. And he gave us a…read morequote that was in line with the two other quotes that we had gotten. But because he seemed like a nice guy, we wanted to give him our business. He never, however, gave us a written bid, only a text with the price that we would be paying. But now that we are a week away from the foundation needing to be poured to coordinate with the plumbers and the electrician, he finally sent us the written bid that we had been asking for. This new written, detailed bid was MORE THAN DOUBLE what he had previously quoted. His explanation was that his previous quote was just for labor only. He felt we should have known that the materials would be more. Ummmm.....no. None of the contractors that we are working with have ever assumed that. Not only that ... with this new information..... his LABOR costs are more than the 2 other bids that we got for both labor and materials. Interestingly, when we called another contractor to replace Ronnie, that contractor was unable to meet our now crunched schedule, but he let us know that there are many other wonderful companies, but there is only one company that we should NOT use....Ronnie Miller. I wish that I would have spoken to him earlier. But it's better late than never, I suppose!

I recently had work done to my home with them for concrete and a lanai enclosure. As others have…read morestated, the communication is terrible. They are not responsive and not helpful as they are supposedly too busy to do the work they said they would do and took longer than promised. They promised they would provide a building permit for the lanai enclosure they installed and after continuing to promise they would be providing this, they have not stopped contacting or responding to my messages or calls. They took my money and ran. Now my HOA is requesting the paperwork, materials list and building permit with the threat of incurring penalties and fees. Now I have to figure out what I can do on my own because they will not answer my calls. I am attaching my invoice from them to prove I am a real customer and experience. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE them. The guys name is Hector. The work they did was not great and sloppy. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau Florida to report this company as this is not the way you do business. Hire at your own risk.

All they had to do was resurface... . 1: dig out grass on each side 2: fill in some potholes 3: level and flatten driveway 4: make the finished driveway be straight on both sides, same thickness and the apron have the same design on each side. . I had to use my own weed killer on the grass... The seal coating was a rip off in price (should have been included) and what i didn't do!! . None of this was done! Here's what he had to say; . We will come over and remove the grass and make any repairs necessary that Asphalt was not leftover asphalt we ordered extra asphalt and I pay my men overtime to do your driveway otherwise I would not even be able to do the job if I would've had to bring my crew up without doing all the work that day I would've had to charge you over $5000 to do that job the only way we were able to do it for 4000 is because I was in the area and we were done fairly early. . So he would charge me more to do the same bad job!!!???

The husband says one thing and then the wife says another, it's constant confusion. They will breach the contract and leave you stranded. They are a scam and should not even be licensed. I hired them to do a $13k job concrete slab job, The forms were not correct, They tried to short me on the rebar, their grade would have left me with only one inch of slab instead of a 4 inch slab if the inspector did not catch it. All Inspections have been failed more than 2x, Inspectors have been out ALMOST DAILY. This has been a disaster and such a stressful situation.... Do yourself a favor and run from this company, or else you'll have to hire an attorney to deal with them.

Ryan was very responsive and came out to evaluate the space and provided a sketch design within a week. Once I gave the word to proceed, he ordered the new rocks and plants. Once he knew when the rock would be delivered, he arranged for his team to complete the work the same day. They did the project in one day, while I and my significant other were at work. The job had to start with Ryan's team clearing out the layers of mulch and rock in all three flower beds. Then they laid down the weed barrier, planted the new plants and finally added the new rock. Ryan also did a fantastic job treating the stone bordering all of the beds. Our neighbors keep telling me they can't believe the transformation and also continue to comment on how beautiful everything looks. Thanks again to Ryan and his team.
