Complimentary good breakfast in the morning. But, to me, the selling point here is the proximity to Borges de Medeiros Ave ., one of Gramados main streets, filled with stores and restaurants. Its literally a block away. And if you ever been to Gramado you know the traffic in the downtown area sucks sometimes, so is nice to be able to do most of your sightseeing by foot. So, overall, simple yet nice place. Would stay here again.
