I was not disappointed in the rich flavors of the sauce and the flavor of the beef, as I ordered the Filetto con Raviole e Funghi. The raviole were tender but not over cooked. Mixed in with the sauce it left me with a rich smooth flavor. Before feeling overly drowned in the heavy richness of the sauce and cheese in the ravioli, I enjoyed their lemon juice, which provided enough refreshing, sourness to cleanse the pallet. We have moved back to Curitiba a few months ago and we finally decided to try out this place. We were certain that we would get an outstanding food and service after hearing so many good things about it. It was, unfortunately, a disappointment. It is expensive, the service is not good and the food tasted worse than a food court Italian place (yes you read it correctly). If you are an American you might like this place as they cook their red sauce with loads of garlic. This is exactly what made me stop going to "regular" so-called "italian" places in the USA. Now I am not going back to Cantina do Delio again as it is a true "Italian"-American place. The food took 45 minutes to arrive and once we were served it was a true disappointment. The servers were sort of rude and we had to keep calling them over to check on us. They do have a nice kids area though, this is a good feature. The valet parking is expensive but living in Brazil that's the price you have to pay to make sure your car is not stolen.
