A member of our group eats a gluten free diet and was thoroughly delighted with the sandwiches and berry scone they were served as well. Finding a place with delicious gluten free options for high tea is always a cause for celebration. The large patio garden is covered by umbrellas and the breeze was incredible. We walked over from Torquay and enjoyed the walk as well to this lovely village. Will absolutely return to Weavers Cottage Tea Garden if we are in Devon again!

With two children learning different instruments I have found this shop to be a really useful resource. I can get expert advice from the staff, which is excellent as I know nothing about music. They stock instruments and sheet music and will get anything you need that isn't in stock. They also have alot of information about local musicians, teachers and events.

The first floor is given to mainly organs but upstairs you can find a large guitar section, drums and wind instruments. It is upstairs you can also find all the printed music. Musicroom has the largest selection of printed music in the south west. They also have a large selection of music instrument accessories. Musicroom can also be found at many of the large music festivals in the country. The staff are more than helpful, there are noticeboards as you go up the stairs where you can find useful information and local music teachers

Interesting array of environmentally aware goods including string bags, organic seeds and sea glass jewellery amongst others. Stockists of Montezuma's chocolate which is simply the best chocolate around. Having tried their dark chocolate you will not want to go back to the run-of-the-mill chocolate; it is divine. There is a good range here and it avoids the postage costs of ordering online. The owner is a lovely lady who is always only to happy to help and to chat to the children whilst you browse.
