Next we were looking for a pistol for me. I explained to Dave that I tried shooting a Remington 380 and it was too difficult for me I don't have the strength in my hand to squeeze the trigger. He showed my husband and I, a Smith & Wesson 380 and truly educated me and taught me how to properly handle my new pistol. So my husband purchased me my new Smith & Wesson. But the good thing is they have everything you need or want. And the store stands behind everything that they sell. The only bad thing is I wish I still lived in Wexford Pa. I love Pa but had to move south when my Wife and I retired because of health issues. But at 73 years old I still go back home every year to go Deer hunting. Pa has the best hunting out of every state. We've been coming here since keystone opened and then it was an exceptional facility. Great service when you walked in, salesman were engaged and knowledgeable, it was a preferred shop. Now you seem to be a burden if you want to buy anything. We had a salesman one word us because we asked to purchase a red dot. When we asked for plates he promptly turned around and walked away to his computer, never to be heard from again. It's sad because this continuously happens now. I really hope the team gets it together because it's sad to see a local facility like that decline.
