From the get-go we received an excellent welcome and customer service. The cashier was "Barbara" and she was the best. This was our first visit, and we had no idea how to order our what we needed to play. The last time I played it was all markers, paper cards or the cardboard cards with the self square sliders. Ohhhh simpler times. The way to play the game has evolved. They all allow you to use paper cards but they also let you rent tablets. Tablets that can track 66 cards per round. It is crazy, almost takes the fun out of it, but makes it easier at the same time. I felt myself just sitting there watching the screen, I was getting alil bored but it was my fellow gamers that made it interesting. I just had one tablet where some had 5-10 tablets.....guess who won racked the most Bingos? In my opinion, it is worth it to load up on the tablets. IF you WIN, you come out way on top. My Mom and I have wanted to go play Bingo for a very long time. It was long over due. The prices here are very reasonable and they have so many mini-bingo games in between the Bingo rounds. The good.....extremely clean, great staff, super friendly and helpful. The bad.......Was our favorite place to play until we realized "there is NO LIMIT to the number of computers a person can purchase"! So a person can purchase 40 computers which makes it disheartening for others who only purchase 5 computers. We play bingo for fun and others are allowed to make it a business. Have seen the numbers of the regular patrons go down due to this practice. Will find another place to play. There should be a limit of 10 computers! read more

This place is the worst bingo I've EVER been to by far they gave us faulty computers and said it was our fault and we said it's our first time and they said no refunds and was fumbling their words around. Stay far away and never come back we paid to literally watch people win around us. read more

It's Bingo, yo! Bring your troll doll or other lucky talisman and try your luck. It's $6 a game per session. If you're old school and prefer the dauber method it's $5. BYOB if you want, pull up a chair and kick it old school. Each bingo session is about an hour. There are pull tab side games they sell for $1 in between the the regular bingo games. At first it can seem confusing but those games are optional. The atmosphere is laid back and the staff working here are eager to assist if you need help or have a question. I've been lucky here and won twice. Bingo is cheap and fun entertainment and can pay some good coin if you get lucky. Just remember: the bigger the shrine the closer to the bingo gods! read more

I came here with some friends the other night and had so much fun! The experience was a little disorienting at first since it was my first time, but luckily one of my pals knew the ins 'n' outs and acted as the group's guide. Players have the option of getting paper cards ($4) or digital cards ($6). We opted for the digital cards since that's what our friend recommended and made a beeline to the Snack Bar to pick up some beverages. Drinks and snacks are reasonably priced so if you don't have a chance to eat dinner beforehand, Power Bingo has you covered (they carry items like Frito pie, crispy tacos, candies, sodas, etc.)! There are loads of tables in the space, so we were able to stick together as a group with room to spare (and the place was relatively packed). There were a lot of enthusiastic players, who I'm assuming are "regulars." Everyone was having a great night! I will say this: if you're new to the world of bingo and don't have someone to show you the ropes, it can be confusing. But other than that, I can't recommend this place enough. It's tame fun with cash prizes; we'll definitely be coming back. read more

I can hear the caller, I cannot UNDERSTAND the caller. She mumbles and talks way too fast. Rules about food and drink are inconsistent. Rent a cop always shushing but not consistent with everyone. Not enough computers despite the hall not being at capacity. Ushers are so loud during quiet times trying to sell the pull tabs. Ushers are helpful towards regulars but not new customers. As a bingo novice, it was an interesting and eye opening first experience. Especially watching people spend outrageous amounts of money and walk away with nothing. However, it is difficult to play as a newcomer at Power Bingo. The announcers start the bingo session with $1 mini games like horse races, bucket of chicken, etc which leaves new players confused and not sure when the bingo cards they bought ($6/session/electronic bingo card) are being played to compete for the main bingo prizes. Their lack of explanation and soft toned bingo announcers makes it difficult to understand. The bingo cards are electronic so it does the work for you which is nice. However, Power Bingo is not completely clear, making it hard for newcomers to understand how a typical session works. You will need to ask staff for an explanation if it's your first time. read more

The worst announcer ever! You can't understand anything she is saying! We won one game of Bingo (I think). At least from what we could pick up by watching the screen. They need to put what game they are starting up on the screen, instead of just putting "pull tab game", "racing game", etc. there are too many of these games to know for sure since it's impossible to hear what the announcer was saying. It sounds like she is putting the microphone inside her mouth and talking! We figured out halfway through one game that she announced wild card numbers and had to try and rush and mark them off while trying to keep up with the other numbers as they were called! You would think after winning one game we would be ecstatic but it was so frustrating we are just exhausted! read more

I just have to say the staff was super sweet and very helpful! I took my grandma and my boyfriend last night and it was our 1st time. We didn't know what to do and the lady at the register explained everything to us. We sat down and waited for the second session at 8:30. We were lost and overwhelmed but the workers walking around didn't hesitate to explain what was going on. One of the workers even stood by us and helped us out with the small games (the pull tab games) they were selling. The environment of people were just so sweet and you can tell there were a lot of regulars there. Even the guests were helping us and explaining the games to us too. Me and 2 friends went for the 1st time to this place and it was extremely confusing and fast paced. Then, we noticed everyone except 1 other person had computers so the person calling the numbers are probably used to people having computers and that's why she says the numbers fast. My 11 year-old daughter, my mom, and I visited for the first time last night (3/14/18). It was very confusing for a first-timer but every time we asked a question, the folks were very helpful. Lots of fast-action pull tab games going on in between bingo games. Great snack bar, reasonable prices, we'll be heading back soon.
