He showed up on time which is always a nice perk. He looked at the work to be done, and within 20 minutes, gave me a fair estimate. He said he had to pick up a helper and would be back in two hours. He did come back in two hours, but he didn't have a helper and proceeded to do the work on his own. He did a fabulous job, real quality workmanship. He went above and beyond. Our patios and sidewalks and driveway have never looked cleaner! I would recommend Jo to everyone I know. I took a stack of his cards so I can spread them around the neighborhood. I didn't know then that he does other types of work like gutter, cleaning landscaping welding, mobile car detailing. I will definitely be calling Joe back for more work.

We got referrals for two other soft wash services that our neighbors used in the Newark area and we are SO glad we ended up going with Crabbys! They were a bit more expensive than the other quotes we got, but you get what you pay for, and the quality of the customer service and cleaning services was unmatched and totally worth it. I agree with the other reviewers note that this company and the owner Josh is very detail oriented. They covered our outdoor security cameras and were great with follow up and communication from initial referral call, to end of the job and all in between. This was especially appreciated when they had to reschedule our service due to lightning and thunder outside. I didn't even have to contact them for a reschedule and they were very proactive in all my communications with them. Also, you do not have to be home when they do your service. :) We had our house and attached garage and windows cleaned. Very friendly, good people as well!
