After he had completed the project he reduced our price by $25 and said the project was simpler than he thought based on the photos so he couldn't in good conscience charge his original fee. Rebecca was incredibly friendly and got us scheduled the very same day within a couple hours upon calling, which we really appreciated. The delivery driver, Jerry, was also fantastic--professional, friendly, and very thorough during pickup. He took great care loading the dumpster back onto his truck and even went the extra mile by sweeping up the debris that had collected underneath using a broom and dustpan.
