Warranty Failures: My unit has been in your shop multiple times, yet I discovered your service department repeatedly failed to log my warranty information into the system, leaving me with no official corporate service history. I am not refusing to work with you. I am refusing to accept "lip service" from a dealership that has neglected this unit from day one. I hold a comprehensive paper trail of time-stamped emails sent directly to you, your Vice President, and your CEO detailing these exact failures. So update on my trailer I E-mailed the manufacturer…read more(Jayco) and discussed the issues I have had my emails started on the 17th of July on the 20th of July they responded with sorry your warranty ran out on the 19th of July and will not do anything so all of the issues have been repaired by myself or will need to be repaired by myself anyway my advice would be DO NOT buy any of the Jayco products they are very very poorly made and if the dealer does not give a crap about the customer all repairs will be on you, the dealership only cares about selling you this crap after that I would guess from my experience they never want to hear from you again and will do pretty much whatever it takes to make it that way

Our salesman Jason was great and…read morevery helpful but his manager allowed another salesman to come and sell the vehicle out from under me after we already had a deposit on the vehicle. It was stated that I would receive a call if someone else made an offer. I never receive a phone call and was just notified this morning that my money is being refunded because someone else purchased it. I was told when I put a deposit down that I had first right of refusal and would be given the opportunity to "jump in or out" if someone else made an offer. I was NEVER given that chance. I wouldn't trust this location's management to be honest with you about what making a deposit on a vehicle means. They don't honor their own policies at the end of the day, even if the salesman you're working with attempts to do all they can to help you. Management is clearly has zero integrity and I would not recommend purchasing or putting money down a vehicle. You'll just end up disappointed.
