He had been going to Vasa or golds and staying in somewhat respectable shape, but he knew high intensity fitness was what the research has been showing to be the most successful. So Moe joined RCF. He was apprehensive at first about not being able to do a lot of the lifts and not being able to keep up with the really fit guys. But they all welcomed him with open arms and were never shy about sharing workout tips and offering help. Every coach has been fantastic to work with. Even Van who yells at me during the workout, I know he's just trying to help. Moe has been doing CrossFit now for about 5 months and his body has changed for the better as has his mind. The main gym has it all, I come here mostly to play basketball. Monday through Thursday they play from 10-12 for lunch breaks and again when everyone is off duty around 15-1600 til everyone is tired or has to go. Also Saturday mornings they get together to play. As far as everything else theres racquetball courts upstairs, a rock climbing wall, indoor track and every machine you can possibly think off. Theres a shake smoothie spot inside as well. As far as the staff everyone is helpful and happy to be there. Everything is well maintained and taken care of. Out of all the bases Ive been to or have seen Hill AFB has the best!

Checked out the Salomon Center on the advice of a friend. What an awesome place... there is IFLY…read more(wind tunnel base jumping), FatCats (bowling / arcade), Golds Gym, Flowrider (surfing), Megaplex 13, and IROCK Utah (rockclimbing.) Ogden was in need of a place for some good family fun. Salomon has a couple decent places to eat (Pizza Factory and Mexican Food.) The Pizza Factory has excellent garlic knots on a stick - as well as a pretty decent salad bar. I haven't tried Costa Vida for mexican - but it looks good. Take FrontRunner up to Ogden for some good times if you get a chance. Salomon was free of the usual riff raff associated with inner city Ogden too.
