This business has been closed for renovations for about a month. I have a monthly membership with…read morethem and it took me a while to realize that I needed to go to the member app to look for updates and you have to dig to find the message section in the app so it's not like it lets you know there is a message. They could've had a sign out in front of the business to say "please check your member app for updates" or something like that and actually sent regular updates The last communication was on January 19 which said they were only going be closed for 21 days. Who knows if they're open now or not, I've given up driving by. Had to pay for car washes elsewhere for the time they were closed. I've also given up on using them and will be canceling membership and going to another more professional car wash in the future.

They asked if we had been to Metro and said they had had 20 cars over the last few weeks with the same issue. Something in the machinery is loosening the windshields on the passenger side and allowing water to be forced in. AVOID!!
