About a year later, I noticed that the coating is peeling away from the floor, an issue that is covered by CCOM's warranty. It has been about two months since I first contacted CCOM to discuss this problem. They won't even talk to me about it, leaving me on my own to pursue a repair or replacement. Ryan blames the peeling on moisture, but when my husband and I coated our garage back in 2004 we got 10 years out of the DIY Home Depot product we used. It started yellowing from sun damage, which is why we wanted to redo it. What a huge mistake that was, and a waste of $5300. Ryan is unresponsive at best, condescending when he actually replies (*AFTER* the job is finished), and does not stand behind his warranty. He has no problem selling you a product, but the only guarantee you'll get is that you'll never see him again if something goes wrong.
