Given the 2 years lapse in time is the best quality indicator and greatest testament to this truly wonderful cabinet company. First and foremost, the family and crew are professional and wonderful. The total experience from design to installation left nothing to be desired as they were proactive, timely, competent and clean. Every interaction showed why a family run business is better than an impersonal box store. They asked questions for clarification rather than assume this is what we wanted. They had a "can do attitude" verses one full of excuses. The contractural agreement and payment schedule was straightforward and painless. Lines and reveals are tight, uniform, and proportional. Paint job is superior to many others! It has held up well in the last year year and a half. As with any custom build, there were some unique challenges, and we had a request for a minor change here and there as our design evolved. Casey was attentive and creative in helping us in the process. He was always available to verify measurements to make sure our other trades could put stuff in the appropriate place (plumbing lines, outlets, etc). We are now 1+ years into living with the new kitchen, and even though it is of fairly modest size, we feel it has every amenity one could wish for, and facilitates ease in workflow as if it were much larger than it is! I had the measurements for 9 windows with me and asked the woman at the front desk for assistance. She was immediately annoyed that she had to get up from her desk to assist me. She informed me that they do not work with homeowners because they don't provide installation. I told her we have a contractor for the installation but that I wanted to see what windows were available. She was then dismissive and told me I could look around but would need to have our contractor contact them with the window measurements for a quote. No thanks, we will spend the 50K at another company who has excellent customer service and wants our business.
